Do you provide a warranty for your products?

All Cyclops Designs products have a 12 months warranty starting from the day you collected/received your item. However, the warranty does not include wear and tear parts/components i.e. bearing(s), dies, punching dies, etc.

What type of packaging do you use?

At Cyclops Designs, we exclusively use recyclable and repurposed materials for packaging, contributing to environmental sustainability and resource conservation.

I need a custom order. What can I do?

We’d love to hear from you! Simply drop us an email at sales@cyclopsdesigns.com with the details of what you need, and we’ll be more than happy to help you out.

Who has Customs responsibility?

The responsibility for customs duties and charges rests with the buyer. Cyclops Designs does not accept liability for any customs-related fees that may be incurred during the shipping process.

What is the maximum diameter that the Ring Roller can roll?

Cyclops Designs Ring Rollers are super versatile and can easily roll any diameter starting from flat.

What tonnage should my hydraulic press have?

For best results we recommend minimum 15T hydraulic press using our 300mm press brake attachment, minimum 20T hydraulic press using our 400mm press brake attachment, minimum 20T hydraulic press using our 600mm press brake attachment.
