Ordering

• All orders are subject to availability and confirmation of the order price.
• We reserve the right to refuse any order at our discretion.
• Once an order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email acknowledging receipt. This email does not constitute acceptance of your order.
• A contract between us will only be formed once payment is approved and the goods have been dispatched.

Making Sure Your Details Are Right

When placing an order, it's really important that you provide the correct details – including your delivery address, contact information, VAT number (if needed), and anything else we might need to process and ship your order properly.

We rely on this information to make sure your order gets to you without delays or extra charges. If anything’s missing or incorrect, it could lead to delivery issues or customs delays – and any extra costs that come up as a result would need to be covered by you.

Prices & Payment

• All prices are listed in GBP (£) and exclude VAT.
• Prices may change at any time but will not affect orders already placed.
• Payment must be made in full at the time of ordering via our accepted payment methods.

Delivery

• We aim to dispatch orders within 3-5 working days unless otherwise stated.
• Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.
• Responsibility for the goods passes to you once delivered to your address.

Returns & Refunds

At Cyclops Designs, we want you to be happy with your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, please contact us via sales@cyclopsdesigns.com.

Right to Cancel

You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving the goods for a refund, excluding delivery cost.

Exceptions:
Custom orders cannot be refunded once processed.

International returns are not accepted.

How to Return:

Contact us within 14 days at sales@cyclopsdesigns.com to notify us of your return.

Return the item(s) within 14 days of your cancellation notice.

Goods must be unused, in original packaging. Make sure you include your order number inside the parcel.

Return postage costs are your responsibility unless the item is faulty (for example with a manufacturing defect) or incorrect

Refunds

Refunds are processed within 14 days of receiving returned goods.

Refunds are made via the original payment method.

Faulty or Damaged Goods

If an item is faulty, damaged, contact us within 14 days of delivery.

While we’re not responsible for damage caused during delivery, we’re always happy to help guide you through the claims process where we can.

We make every effort to display our products accurately. Minor variations in appearance or specification may occur.

All product measurements are approximate.

Liability

We are not liable for any indirect, consequential, or business losses.

Our total liability for any claim arising under these terms shall not exceed the purchase price paid for the product.
